Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in crisis management by monitoring brand sentiment and addressing customer feedback proactively.
- Train and support team members on best practices for using social media effectively to promote their initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a large corporate or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that have driven engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative thinker with the ability to formulate innovative social media solutions.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proficient in social media management tools and basic graphic design software.
- Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics, including Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
